I bought this to connect to my transfer switch for emergencies in Texas due to the power issues we have. It started right up on the first push of the button. I like the battery charging module for when you’re not using it.
I have no issues with the power I was able to test each plug and I’m very impressed it works wonderfully. After reading a lot of the reviews I decided to go with the larger generator (9500) and the 10 circuit transfer switch because so many people said they wish they went bigger and/or more circuits. Thanks to the previous reviews I took advantage of it and I’m very happy..

All went well, no damage visible on delivery

A gift from my grown kids, Gook job of picking the right size and model. Dual fuel is nice. Started right up on propane. Will test on gasoline tomorrow. Expect no trouble at all. Will add later if things do go right. A++ so far.

After last year's power grid failure and 18" of snow, I was not going to suffer.this unit runs great.

We bought this for single family use. Arrived quickly. We love that there is a dual fuel feature. It was well packaged with everything we needed to get started. The instructions were easy to follow and we had the generator running in about 10 minutes from opening the box! The parts seem strong and well made. I know it will bring us peace, as we live in a very wintery state
