Love the video clarity and the versatility of the chime unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow...what an amazing video doorbell. The video images are so clear and a person's entire body can be seen. The chime unit is wonderful with the ability to have 6 different melodies. For us, this is an added bonus because our dogs would go crazy with the previous chime.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doorbell system is incredibly easy to put together. And I had it up and running in less than 20 minutes. When someone is at my door I can see it on the app. Very good at motion detection. Visuals and audio quality are clear and very easy to use. I highly recommend this.

And having it sit in the elements, it actually holds up nicely and the video quality is great. I would highly recommend this and I’m currently working on getting another for the back door. These are game changers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera image quality is pretty good, even at night with its built-in IR emitter. It's perfect for what I need it for. The other thing I appreciate is the different settings it gives you which helps you a lot with getting your setup just right, such as only detecting motion on selected parts of the camera. That way you can keep it from activating from a tree moving in the wind but still catch people walking up to the house. Even if people don't ring the bell I still can get a notification on my phone. They also have been constantly updating the software/firmware to add new feature

Swann doorbell is a better product not only in its handling of video content but in terms of build quality. When you take the product to your hand, you feel the solid product.
It's well packaged and marked well.
setting up is pretty easy and I could not think how it can get better.

Easy Setup, Crystal Clear View.

After a week with the SwannBuddy 4K Video Doorbell, I'm genuinely impressed. The setup process was straightforward, involving minimal effort to get it up and running. The clarity of the 4K video is exceptional and it is easy to see whoever is at the door, even at night. The wide 165° viewing angle makes for some hilarious screenshots when people stop to look at the doorbell. The product did need a firmware update straight out of the box, allow 10 minutes or so this. Curious as to what battery life will be, but so far, it's barely changed since install.
