Had the cooler since last year, used it about 7 times and the lid started to warp about 6 months ago and it's getting worse. I cannot even close it without the right and left sides of the lid sticking up. No longer retains super cold drinks. I notice that they are still selling this model, but with a different lid. Hmmmmmmm. You think they would recall the product. I can add images if anyone asks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great cooler. It holds drinks, food, tons of ice and keeps things cold all day. I love the way its made and the pretty navy blue and white shades. I cannot wait to be able to are this traveling with me rather than sitting at home with it.

Money wasted

I used this cooler 1 time for a week of camping and it did well. Stored it in the basement and when I went to use it a second time the lid somehow warped enough that it no longer latches shut. I though Coleman products were built better than this

Cooler seemed ok. Lid is warped after 1 week of use. Made sure to put the cooler where no one could sit on it or put stuff on it because it felt flimsy. Didn't matter lid is warped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With all the storms we have been having and losing power and refrigerators and freezers full of food, decided another large cooler couldn’t hurt to have on hand. The Coleman 316 Series Cooler is an affordable and reliable way to keep items cold. The 100 quart capacity holds everything I will need and the large rugged wheels will make moving the full cooler east. I especially like the easy to use handle so I don’t have to stoop to move the cooler. Items stay cold long and I love the color on this cooler.
