Always get a message to clean the filter .., even after cleaning also says the same.. I am really fed up with the cleaning process

Great little vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how light and maneuverable this vacuum is and how strong the suction is. I also found removing the bin was very easy, however, I found the size of the bin way too small, with the strong suction it has to be emptied frequently. The filter on this model is much easier to clean and service and the battery life seems to be about double of the earlier cordless stick vacuums. The long tube is much narrower than the other models but the attachments from all my other Dyson vacuums work with it. It's great for small spaces.
I had a great Dyson before this one. My husband bought it for me. To me it is more difficult to hook up, but greater than that, it is very uncomfortable for my right hand. The other model that I used fit my hand and was most comfortable. This one is not conformed proper for a hand with the finger on the button. World of difference in the comfort between the old one and this one. If I had tried it in a store, I would NOT have purchased this model. Plus there seems to be less space for the dirt. And they say this one is a better model. No way.

I don't like that I have to hold the button with my finger to keep it turned on it's too much you're trying to guide the machine and hold the button at the same time. I don't like it. Should have a button on it you turn it on and when you're done you turn it off that's the way it should be
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Suction is not great would not recommend. Previous quit charging . I’m becoming very depressed with Dyson products

Years ago I had the Dyson animal ball in my home where we had two dogs and four cats. After moving to an apartment with my one no -shedding dog I sold it and purchased another brand of stick vacuum. I hated it. When I saw this V9 on sale for less than half price I ordered it at once and received it two days later. What I love - it’s solidly built, holds its charge, and works beautiful both on laminate floors and area rugs. What I don’t like is having to keep my finger on the trigger at all times which is painful on my arthritic right hand. Must use my left. Also wish there were a headlight. And finally, when I empty the dust bin I have to reach in to pull the was of material out - something I hated about my cheaper stick vacuum. I expect this is the best on the market and am much more satisfied with it overall than previous one. But honestly - couldn’t you have provided a light and an on button that stays on?
I would recommend this to a friend!
