I received my first Kanso knives at Christmas time 2020.
I am an amateur backyard BBQ, er I love these knives for chopping, trimming, brisket, pork butt, chicken, lamb
you name it. Fantastic quality and worth every penny you will spend, as it will be the last knives you ever buy.

Life changing

My life has changed for the better with this knife. I cut better. I make my food faster. I don't use serrated knives for tomatoes anymore. Highly recommended and worth it. 10/10

It's so sharp. It really does shave hairs

No really. It does. I was shocked. I've never bought a kitchen knife that can really shave your hairs off your arm. Works better than my razor

hard to imagine a knife with greater functionality. An unbeatable value, in my opinion as someone who knows his way around the kitchen, blindfolded.

i love this knife hardly ever needs sharpening and when it does its easy to sharpen its looks beautiful. I LOVE IT.
