I have difficulty getting the sweeper attachment off to empty dirt collector and have to reach deep in dirt collector to get clumps of dog hair out. Also doesn’t do well picking up cat litter. Hand vacuum does pick litter up well.

I love the performance and maneuverability. There is a difference between this the V 9 and my V7. More power, quieter and handles r.

I find it hard to release the main motor piece to the long tube. I have arthritis and can't pull both sections at the same time. It fills easily and I have to empty many times. It is, however, lightweight and maneuvers easily. I totally LOVE that it's cordless. The sound is not bad at all.

Very difficult to remove container holding dust and dirt.

I was not convinced this vacuum was going to do the job until I vacuumed the first room, looked at the filter and noticed it was full. I am now very excited to get to my other rooms, cars etc. Thank you!

We replaced an expensive well known brand with the Dyson v9 motorbar. It is so lightweight it feels like a toy, but a toy it is not !!! We have had the v9 for a few weeks now and it keeps pulling up hair and dirt that we didn’t know was embedded into the carpets. What is amazing is that with all the hair that had been picked up by the vacuum, not a single strand is wrapped around the brush bar. The engineering is incredible right down to the packaging it came in. The technology is astounding as it alerts you and displays a tutorial on how to clean and replace the secondary filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought one first and had to return it within 2 months. One of the red buttons stopped operating. The replacement is great so far.
