Not that impressed with this item. Must use the max setting to correctly clean my carpets, thus, item must be charged numerous times before I'm done vacuuming: takes hours to do my house.

Vacuum works fine. The wet mop is a mess distributing too much water, it then can’t soak it up. Quite disappointing.

I am enjoying my Dyson V9. Didn't know how much dust I have in my house until I started using the V9. Really deep cleans. The cordless feature is the best.Couple of negatives: Why does the plug go into the outlet sideways?It won't stay plugged in the outlet. The wet feature does not work well on my tile floors because i have wide grout between tiles. So it cleans on only the top of the tile not the grout. As I said the earlier, the suction is amazing and really cleans my wood and tile floors.

Works great, lightweight, and like the countdown timer that lets you know how much vacuum time you have left. My han gets a little tired pressing the button down and you have to remove all attachments to empty the bin which isn’t ideal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love Dyson products, and waited to afford the V9 on sale. I'm sort of disappointed in the design. The intake opening into the dust bin clogs with accumulated dust & debris upon every use. I've used it a half-dozen time since purchasing it and this happens every single time.
