I am so frustrated. There are NO videos on Dyson YouTube on how to use it. The app has nothing of value. Have no idea how to use the mop feature correctly. I am so very disappointed. I thinking I might return it.

Wow. Suction is superb- traffic patterns -gone. Light weight, maneuverable, and quieter than expected. Hair capture is excellent - no more unraveling every 20 minutes. The small dust bin is not an issue after first cleaning. Holding the trigger takes a little getting used to but it’s is a light touch. I keep triggering it while dumping collected dust.

Overall, I love my new vacuum. I gave it 4⭐️ only that I have to continually hold the switch for it to run and the switch placement makes my thumb sore as it rubs the under surface of the handle. Its power levels are great for picking up and I love the handheld option. Love that it’s cordless.
