Absolute expensive garbage. Battery doesn't last for nothing and takes 6x to charge. Barely works on rugs. I live in a 2 bedroom trailer and can't even vacuum it in one charge.

So far, so good. Am replacing a V10 that I used for eight years. I love the fact that it is lightweight. Smaller bin which is just fine with me. U have used just about every vacuum out there and I love Dyson the best! Yes, I even have an expensive Kirby which will maybe last for generations, but could not pass up the great price of this V9.

The filter area is do difficult to empty with any dog hair. It doesn’t work for me. Would be fine if there was almost nothing to vacuum.

It took a minute to appreciate this vacuum, but I'm now very happy. My old Dyson was so loud, I equated that with power and suction, but after using this much more quiet version, I'm convinced it's just as powerful.

The vacuum overall is great. It is extremely lightweight and has great suction on turbo. Turbo only lasts for about 8 minutes though. No big deal if you are like me and just have rugs. The reason I rated it a 4 is there is no light on it. My other vacuums do so if I end up going down a not well lit hallway the light on the vacuum helps tremendously. So, I am bummed about that especially for the money. Otherwise, so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
