Not enough power

I bought this almost a month agobecause it was on sale, I loved my animal cleaner but I’ve had to replace the battery a few times then eventually it wouldn’t hold the charge. This new vacuum doesn’t have the power that my old vacuum had unless you turn it onn high then the battery runs down fast.
I.don’t love this like my old one!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 4th Dyson vacuum. The Dyson V9 Motorbar was delivered on December 2nd. I've used 2 weeks and it is no longer working. This vacuum will not turn on or do anything. Returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but…

Years ago I had the Dyson animal ball in my home where we had two dogs and four cats. After moving to an apartment with my one no -shedding dog I sold it and purchased another brand of stick vacuum. I hated it. When I saw this V9 on sale for less than half price I ordered it at once and received it two days later. What I love - it’s solidly built, holds its charge, and works beautiful both on laminate floors and area rugs. What I don’t like is having to keep my finger on the trigger at all times which is painful on my arthritic right hand. Must use my left. Also wish there were a headlight. And finally, when I empty the dust bin I have to reach in to pull the was of material out - something I hated about my cheaper stick vacuum. I expect this is the best on the market and am
much more satisfied with it overall than previous one. But honestly - couldn’t you have provided a light and an on button that stays on?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still a good Dyson, but some disappointment

I am disappointed that this model does not have the same diameter of attachments, so I cannot swap attachments with my 4 other Dyson's. Also, the vacuum seems weaker than I anticipated.
