Mop terrible

The cordless vacuum part works well. I like the quick empty and removable battery for charging. The mop feature is terrible and I dont even bother to use it. You cannot use any soap with it and it doesnt really suction/circulate like a true bac mop. It basically just shoves water around on your floor. I do a better job with a damp paper towel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just ok, glad it was on sale

I bought this before Thanksgiving. I’ve never had a battery powered vacuum. I love the ease but not impressed with the power to pick up anything other than pet hair. I have carpet on my stairs and the anti tangle screw attachment doesn’t work

Quite disappointed. It’s light weight, however it’s not a strong enough suction that you’d expect from Dyson. It doesn’t operate well on higher pile areas and you have to hold the trigger down to use it
