I got this about a month ago, it works great. My biggest complaint is that you have to hold the trigger on constantly while vacuuming, this gets very tiring. Also whenever you pickup vacuum and if you accidentally touch touch the trigger the vacuum turns on even whn you don't want it too .
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago I love the suction and the 3 different modes to choose from. My only complaint is when empty the canister dust clumps seem to get stuck so I need to use something to dislodge it from inside. This is my 4th Dyson do you know Iam loyal.

I’ve used this once and am very impressed with it. It’s my first Dyson product and it’s great.

Purchased several weeks ago but had to return because the vacuum doesn't hold much dirt and then I couldn't remove the dirt container to dump.

I love the power my new vacuum has. The only issue I have with it is I’m short so I have problems lifting the canister straight up to take it off the stick to empty it.

Everything about the V9 is amazing!. I broke my wrist a few years back and my V8 is a little heavier than the V9. I thought it would be heavy, but its not! Now I can vacuum with ease and without pain. I am a Dyson customer and have been for years and happy with all my Dyson products, not only the V9. Thank you Dyson!!

I. Love my Dyson. The only thing negative I can say is that it is a little heavy and Yiu have 5o keep your finger on the on switch.
