Pretty satisfied with the sound quality and features for the price. If you don't have good sound quality and think that the sound is leaking, You might want to increase the size of the plunger
A solid set of earphones. with some good customization. however, It doesn't seem to be able to support 2 devices at once. which is a big drawback for me, I love to connect with my partner's phone or laptop and be able to play music on either and not have to repair or switch earphones

Thank you for your feedback on our JBL Vibe Beam. You may want to check our JBL Live Free 2 TWS as this has the Multi-Point Connection feature where you can quickly switch your headphone input from one Bluetooth device to another.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Regarding sound and usability, these headphones are perfect for the casual listener; they’re a great value for the quality they supply. They have an even balance and a moderate soundstage. While they lack the really deep bass of higher-tier earbuds, I think that only improves their usability as on-the-go and background music headphones. Listening through these doesn’t feel obtrusive like other earbuds I’ve used, both in sound and the actual feel of them in your ear. The touch controls are responsive, but not overly so and I didn’t have issues accidentally pressing them. They also have a pretty solid noise-canceling effect (ear tips impact this heavily), so overall these are great on-the-go headphones!
And the look and feel? I find it to be quite nice. I love the matte black look and while the build is very plastic, they look classy. The shape of the case, being wider rather than taller, I find to be a benefit.
I would like to mention the way they sit in the case, which is a bit strange. It can be a bit cumbersome, especially if you have thicker fingers. I’m able to easily remove them from the case, but my boyfriend had a bit of trouble. Also, when you pull them out, they are facing backwards, so to put them in your ear you either have to finagle them around or use both hands to really get one out of the case and in your ear. The ear tips run a bit large on these, as well, so they had a tendency to slowly push back out of my ears as I wore them and moved around, even while using the smallest rubber tip. I have little ear canals and this happens with all ear buds I’ve tried with the rubber tips, but my boyfriend had the same issue. Will that stop me from using them? Definitely not!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great earbuds, definitely a solid pair if you're looking for good bass and ANC. I compared these against my AirPods Pro 2, as I use them the most out of my headphones on a daily basis. The sound is amazing, definitely on par, and in spots it shines through even more. I am not big on the bass boost, as I prefer a flat response in my headphones, but it definitely didn't change my opinion on them. These actually bring out sounds I can't hear as well with my AirPods, so they're amazing for music.
My only complaint is how lacking the voice assistant support is. I cannot activate my voice assistant by voice command, and these don't announce notifications at all. The call quality is solid, but even a basic chime to let me know I got a text or something while I'm out running around would be nice.
Aside from that, great earbuds for the cost. Try out Skrillex's new album on these and you'll see what I'm talking about.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had other compact bud type headphones from a very well known brand before which I was disappointed in, so to be honest I had low expectations in these. But as soon as I had them synched up to my iPhone, my expectations were destroyed! The pairing process was easy which allowed me to get on with enjoying my audio of choice: 1. Music to workout with: the sound quality and bass were excellent (much better than my other white ones from that other brand). I love heavy dance music to workout to, so to be honest I could do with just a little more bass. 2. For podcasts, the performance was excellent! Nice and crisp, just how I like it.
The matte black color I love - they’re not as slippery as the white shiny plastic ones, and besides black is my color of choice for all my things related to my workout!
They charge up super fast too, so I never miss a beat.
Overall the JBL Vibe Beams are fantastic ear buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have really enjoyed these ear buds! I use them mostly for music while I'm relaxing or gaming at home. They fit comfortably in my ears and stay put. I really appreciate the convenience of turning the volume up or down with a simple tap on the left ear bud, or pausing/muting with a quick tap on the right bud. Music sounds great with deep bass and clear highs. The quality during phone calls is good but could be better.
