Great kettle for the money

I bought this kettle for my wife because it was the colour she wanted and it was 1500 watts compared to a similar priced kettle that was only 1200 watts. For those of you who do not know the difference, the starfrit kettle will heat up faster. Being able to detach it from the base to pour is a nice feature also.

Nice glass on side of kettle which shows the water amount. Comfortable handle for pouring.
