(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Priority was to find a kettle that was easy to clean. I found it with the Starfrit 1.7L Electric Kettle. I also like the capacity. It's used in a office setting so less time wasted in filling it up. It also matches with our other counter products. Great buy!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had the Heritage electric kettle for a few weeks, and it works well - of course it's new - and looks good. Extremely thin and lightweight in the materials department, we'll see if that makes a difference in the long run. Big like is the fact that the handle and on/off switch and clear fluid level guide are all one piece. My last kettle - a Bosch - didn't die, it leaked. It had 3 separate plastic parts inserted into the 'brushed metal' kettle and would turn itself off due to water leaking. It was not fixable unless I wanted to buy a high-heat food grade epoxy. As always, it's cheaper to buy another kettle.
