The instructions were horrible. The pictures were very small and hard to follow. HINT make the pictures bigger, the instructions were a bit too detailed (wasn't necessary). I just assembled min, and it took 2 hours as nothing was assembled... I had 9 separate parts, plus the seat and meter. I finally just looked at the front picture and went from there... much easier for me. (I'm 80). I've tried it out and I can tell it's going to be just what I needed to generate an exercise program that works all the body. And then I have the 4 cables to increase the difficulty. Machine is a 5, instructions are a 1 (poor). No battery was included as stated, but one 3a battery is not a biggie.
