Mechanical Engineering Degree needed for Assembly

Extremely hard to assemble if it doesn't come packaged 3/4 assembled. Very bad printed instructions. Even the youtube assembly video directions are useless. Very frustrating. I was excited to get moving on the row and ride. I purchased it for rehabilitation after knee replacement and back injuries. I'm done I just want to return it. I've tried for 2 weeks to assemble it. Enough is Enough!

It's too hard on my knees. I thought the feet pedals were stationary. Trying to push them down is too hard.

Great body workout

I'm 80 yrs old and I needed something at my house to assist with my walking routine. This machine gives the entire body a great workout. I ride several times a day, normally doing 50 of the sit and stand exercise each time in addition to my walking 3 miles each day (weather permitting on the walking). The row-n-ride is now an everyday activity.

The pedals begin to hurt

The pedals begin to hurt my feet after about ten minutes. Maybe the best idea is to find shoes with extra pading.
