A Great Row and Ride Machine

I really like this machine. It's sturdy and easy to use. It's wasn't hard to put together either. It's a total body workout that focuses on glutes, quads, hamstring, calves, inner and outer thighs, core, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and chest. I highly recommend.

Really nice machine. The machine is doing what I expected and it's giving me

It wasn't the easiest to put together, I would recommend two people instead of by yourself. Otherwise, the machine is a dream! Me and my husband both love it!
