Great Once You Master It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot of moving parts with this guy but once you get past that and become more efficient, it does a great job. We live in the country where we don't have concrete driveway. There's a lot of dirt coming in and out of our house onto our LVP. This does the trick for cleanups between the times that my cleaning ladies come. Once you figure it all out, you are set!

For the exorbitant amount of money I will be attempting to return this product as it was clear from the start that it is not an effective tool to clean solid surface floors. Does it clean? Yes, but it does not pick up majority of any sort of crumbs or debris left on surface. For this price it should also wash the dishes and do my laundry. It fell woefully short of expectations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this wet/dry vacuum it works amazing on my laminate flooring. It does a great job here in the Midwest. Specially in the snow it does a great job of both crumbs and snow. I highly recommend it.

Clean Floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mopping and vacuuming all in one, sign me up! I was a little skeptical before receiving the FC 7. It was a bit confusing putting it together and it took me a minute to get all of the pieces in the right place. There are instructions and videos that did help. It took me about 10-15 mins to get it all set up for cleaning. Once I started cleaning, I couldn’t stop. The FC 7 is so light and the fact that it’s cordless is amazing. My floors looked clean in minutes. It did a great job picking up the dirt and dust on the floor as well as mop cleaning. It’s very flexible and I was easily able to get it under my couch and hutch in the normally hard to reach places.
The only reason I took off 1 star is bc the water reservoir is small and requires multiple trips to empty it. I also have cats, dogs, and kids. I prefer to vacuum prior to use unless I’m only cleaning a small area.
Pros: great cleaning, light weight, easy to clean hard to reach places, leaves floor damp not too wet, rollers can be washed and reused.
Cons: small reservoir not as good for large areas, a lot of pieces to deal with

Two Cleaning Tasks Combined

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Karcher FC 7 cordless cleaner combines vacuuming and mopping into one easy task. The cordless cleaner glides on the floor removing dust, pet hair and other items while at the same time mopping with clean water. The roller cleans right up against the edge and has two water tanks, separating the dirty and clean water. Included is a cleaning station that will clean the rollers or you can toss them in the washing machine.
What a great time-saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start of by saying that I used to hate mopping my floors! Not only did mopping take me forever but I always felt that my floors were also not 100% clean after cleaning with a standard mop.
Kärcher FC 7 looks intimidating at first which is partially caused by the thick instruction manual. The machine comes almost fully assembled and all that needed to be done was to snap the top part of the handle into the bottom part of the machine. The machine is cordless and needs to be charged prior to use. The floor rollers are twisted into the machine and are color coded so you’ll know exactly where to place each roller. The included stand assures that the machine stays upright at all time while not in use. I love the storage compartment underneath the stand which also serves as a cleaning tray for the dirty parts.
Kärcher FC 7 makes cleaning my floor a breeze! The machine glides effortless over my laminate and tile floor and is even easier to use than my regular vacuum cleaner. There is no need to vacuum my floor before or after mopping to pick up crumbs, hairs, or other dirt from the floor since this hard floor cleaner “vacuums” and mops at the same time. I only pick up larger items which could potentially damage the machine, such as paper clips, and the machine does the rest. You’ll be surprised how much dirt you’ll find in the dirty water compartment after each use! One of my favorite things about Kärcher FC 7 is that it is cordless and each charge lasts a long time. Cleaning my floors takes way less time than it used to and no longer feels like a chore. This is by far one of the best floor cleaners I have ever used!

This is a great improvement over the 2 roller models, and additionally it is incredibly quiet (can be used downstairs while people sleep upstairs). They've also made it more user friendly with the self-clean mode. The one thing I wish they would do is make the same thing but with a thicker nap roller to clean grout better. I realize it would need to be a taller machine, but it doesn't fit under my cabinet overhangs anyway.
