I've used other floor cleaners in this product category, but this one beats them all! It's lightweight and easy to use once you get it set up and understand the controls. It's a bit of work to clean the filters, but that's because it does such a great job getting into all the nooks and crannies. The cleaning solution is great - no residue and a little goes a long way. The storage tray is great and being able to put the rollers in a washing machine is awesome. The only complaint I have is, "Why do all these cleaners have such small wastewater containers"? Less than 10 minutes run time between emptying is not enough!

I had purchased this device a month ago and appreciate the longer battery life and easy maneuverability. It is slightly more work to clean the device and inconvenient that the main unit cannot be run under the faucet. But so far it is working well

I am really loving my floor cleaner! It is so nice to know the floors are really clean and fresh. I thought my old machine (a different manufacturer) was good, but I can see now that it really doesn’t do the job my Karcher does. My barefeet are clean at the end of the day

I am very pleased with my Karcher FC 7. I must admit that it took me some time to I had a firm grasp of the operating mechanisms.
I should also mention that the warranty card requested that I provide the machine’s serial number. I carefully looked over the machine and could not locate its serial number.

I already owned a Bissell hardwood floor cleaner, but I always had to clean the edge of the floor by hand as the case didn't allow the rollers to get closer. Plus, I could put my hand at the bottom of the rollers and it barely touched it (which means it barely touched the floor to clean it). My Karcher is superior in every way and I love it!

I'm a renter and was looking for a hardwood floor apartment. My Roomba vacuums and the Karcher is for wet cleaning, and it works like a charm! The Karcher doesn't remove sticky deep stains, I have to go on those stains with a heavy sturdy brush the Karcher cleans up all the regular stain and dirt. And it kinda fun to use it.
