i upgraded from a s8+ to a n10+ in march 2020. loved it since then no complaints other delayed updates. would recommend this to any and everyone. takes great photos albeit still learning how to video edit directly from the phone. gaming/emulating is wonderful. multitasking performance is superb. no issues with lag.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i had the note 8 for 4 years and upgraded to the note 10 plus. i love the phone except for the normal android battery life or lack of other than that no complaints here. i recommend it to anyone.

the phone continually disconnects calls using bluetooth. i need to restart it at least 3 times daily to use my bluetooth and i have tried multiple devices so it's a phone issue not a headset issue.
and - the camera is the worst. the photos are very, very poor quality looking at them on a phone screen there is no way you could even begin to use on a computer screen. my note8 had a lot better camera.

this phone is great for helping your brain remember things. it very is handy
when it comes to note taking. i iove this smartphone. i was worried cause i heard other note phones were not that good. but i am glad i did buy, it very smart decision. if i had any problem, it is that you cannot locate the s-pen if you put down and walk away. it will tell you that pen is not connected, but i would like to make it beep.

Both Note 10 Plus and Note 10 Plus 5g have the same size inch display and the most beautiful features ever. I will buy both phones in the future

I love love love thi phone. Upgraded from the note 8 and am nuts about it. The spen and being able to use it when sending texts or keeping note in my handwriting and it going to text is wonderful. I have a hard time now and then with it learning some letters but that is due to my hand writing. I would and have recommended this phone over and over again. Good work, once again, Samsung!!!!

I am a volunteer firefighter, and yesterday I was on a training house fire. My phone was left in my pocket and fell out in the house, as it was burning. My galaxy sat under six inches of mud, insulation, and ash for four hours, plus outdoor temperatures in the 20s. I searched for two hours and couldn't find it, so I gave up. When I got home I got on the find my mobile website and logged in, lo and behold my phone was still connected to the network, despite the conditions it was in, and I was able to go back and ring it through find my mobile and find it. Took it home, cleaned it up, and everything works flawlessly, just as it did the day I bought it, save for the cracked screen. I am slightly disappointed in the cost to replace a screen on the phone, however the damage does not currently effect functionality, which is impressive to say the least after what the phone went through. Samsung makes a superior product to anything else that's available on the market. After this experience, Samsung has gained a life-long customer.

I've been a Note fan for many years. It's always been a great phone but I purchased the Note 20 and I'm on the verge of returning it. The screen resolution is great and the camera is awesome. The video function is next level, capturing steady footage even with somewhat shaky hands. The deal breaker for me is the fingerprint scanner. I rely heavily on this feature and it's a must have for me. The scanner is awful. I ordered 4 different screen protectors and the scanner didn't work with any of them. I finally found 1 and only 1 film protector that was compatible. It does not work with tempered glass.. It was difficult to remove the bubbles from the film but it seemed to work. Now after few days the scanner is not properly working again. I've tried resetting my fingerprint and restarting the phone to no avail. I expected better from Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
