Ive owned every note device that ever came out. If you are not hung up on it not have a headphone jack This Phone is Elite.. long battery beauitful camera.. Display looks like a sticker and the new dex for pc is incredible. You will not get this out of no other phone including prior note phones!!

I pre-ordered the note 10. the note 10 is just like a iphone. if i wanted a iphone i would buy one.. if samsung keeps trying to copy iphone i will never buy another one of there phones. i took the new note out of box and booted it up then wiped it clean and put itin in box for return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is nice, but it is overwhelmed with ads! I've tried several things to get rid of them to no avail. It started the moment my phone was active. It's ridiculous. I literally just activated it, installing nothing out of the ordinary (the basic social media and email I had on my S8+). Phone has been active for just over 2 days and all I see are random full screen ads! I spent a lot of money on this thing only to see random pop up ads every other minute and whenever I unlock my phone. They'll just pop up for no reason, no matter what I'm doing. I regret leaving my S8+ for this advertising device! Stay away from it until this bug is fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent phone if not for the cracks and scratchs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally arrived...early...however when I inspected it out of the box, a crack right over the lens. There was no sticker on the screen as they usually come. There were scratches already on the left side of the screen. I'm working to get an exchange. I have no clue how to do this.

3.5 Headphone Jack

I wanted to like this product, but taking away the headphone jack makes this a no buy, if I'd buy it, it would be voting for samsung to keep removing the jack from future Note's. there are still to many issues with bluetooth. you'll always get a better sound with a wired connection.

I traded in my note 9 and don't regret at all. The Note 10+ is an upgrade all around. The headphone jack is the only thing I am missing but I own Bluetooth head phones so not a big deal. My Note 9 battery was not lasting very long at all anymore so I figured I try my luck. The Note 10 + is gorgeous and it absolutely flies. No hesitation no matter what I threw at it. Definitely glad I upgraded.

Less than 24 hrs S Pen broke. AR Emoji update hmm

Everything else is ahhmazing, speed, camera, features all that good stuff. I received my package from FedEx at 1:55 pm yesterday and today it's now 11:33am and keep in mind the new feel of this s pen is sleek it really does feel like a real pen! Coming from the Orginial Note and pgrading my phone every year up until the note 9 as a loyal client I've never had this experience ever. I had the Note too that was overheating luckily mine never did. However, I needed to travel so had to turn it back in and it was replaced with the s7 edge instead. The other s-pen's were durable and able from every note except this one, I would of preferred them to keep the design from The Note 9 at this point. Also they updated the AR emojii to a virtual character that seems more generic and doesn't give you the unique distinguished feel as the one The Note 9 had. However I do like all the new features as such as adding text, background and stuff to the AR emojii so I really have mixed feelings about the update. I wish my AR emojii still looked more me to give it that personal feel (for ex: I don't have full eyebrows) the new Note10+ her eyebrows are flawless. I would have to fill mine in or draw them to look like that haha. Rather than looking like every one else out there when it all boils down to it though, that's WHAT I would prefer.
