Amazing Phone

I fell in love with the Note series when I first got a Note 9 and this is without a doubt an improvement in every way, not one of my minor complaints with the Note 9 is here anymore and I can't even think of any complaints no matter how minor for this one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

A little disappointed

The phone is great, except for one thing. I use to own the Note 9, was very hesitant about upgrading, I should have followed my 1st mine. The Note 10+ is rather slow when it comes to downloading or just surfing the Internet, with my Note 9 people with other phones were amazed how I could download faster why they we still surfing, in this with the Note 10 Plus I'm very disappointed. I would also like to say the Earbuds are horrible, callers say the sound on the other end is horrible. I tried resetting them and now the sound is even lower than what it was at first. I've been a Samsung guy and will continue to be, but these products have been disappointing so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a former Note 7 and Edge 7 user, it is refreshing to be back home again with the new Samsung Note 10 Plus. As with most updated devices per se, there's a learning curve to navigate but YouTube has so many videos to help one in need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have the note 9, bought the note 10+ because of the upgrade of Ram. One thing I do not like is the security feature you can not get rid of, the swipe. Even though i have the pin, and the fingerprint security on the phone as well. You have to swipe the phone everytime before you get to the pin or fingerprint. Plus alot of the security features do not work. If you have the note 9. Don't waste your money on the note 10. Not much difference. Especially for the $$$.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
