How cheap.Samsung want us to pay for connector LOL

they removed earphone jack but they didn't give the connector for free like iPhone does. Samsung is a cheap company.they want us to pay for everything. I'm planning to return this note 10+ and will wait for new iPhone atleast they give connector free.

It's a great device but....

The device is great but it has a few things that needs to improve. The first thing to improve is the speaker feature, my wife has the Note 10 and I have the Note 10+, sometimes we put the phone on speaker phone and it's hard for the phone to pick up my voice and she can't hear me clearly, she has the mic problem too on her Note 10.
The other thing that they can improve is the battery life, I know thats a topic that will never end but the device is large enough to pack a bigger battery, the battery management software is great but we were waiting for a better battery life for people who use the phone for work purposes.
Other than those 2 needed improvements, the phone is a great device, the camera is amazing, the screen is fantastic and the built is top notch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easily my favorite phone

The Note 10+ is already my favorite phone by far. I have had the S3, S8, and now the Note 10+. I do also own an iPhone SE, an iPhone 8, an iPad and can appreciate Apple products. However, I personally have always preferred Samsung's products. The quality, features, and pricing relative to certain competitors are reasons I continually choose Samsung phones. In many ways, Samsung's phones offer relatively little compromises while providing top of the line devices/screens for relatively similar pricing. The Note 10+ is certainly a beautiful and powerfully capable phone with great features that exemplifies the innovation and feature-heavy products I enjoy.
All of the features on this phone are great. I am still learning how to take advantage of all of them, but have already learned where many of these will be useful to me. The phone is amazing, the symmetry of the front facing camera is not really intrusive, and the large display provides a great way to take advantage of the multi-window mode that is easier to use than the S8.
Prior to obtaining the Note 10+, the S8 was the greatest phone I wanted for its aesthetic, curved display, quickness, and abilities. With the Note 10+, I already notice a much quicker phone even though my S8 was still very quick. The pictures and the display to view the pictures is absolutely gorgeous.
I know there are some complaints about the 3.5 mm jack. Personally, it does not hinder my usage of the phone, however, I can see how it would add convenience. But, given that I have not had any trouble specifically related to that, I cannot rate this phone any lower than 5 stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Top Notch Phone

I preordered my phone online, and received it the day of of official launch date. I was very impressed with the fit and finish. The screen view and power save options are very helpful in my line of work. HOWEVER......The phone OVERHEATS in the any kind of exterior direct sunlight. I have tried to limit the phone's exposure to shaded area in my heavy equipment. It doesn't work. Any direct SUNLIGHT for more than 10 MINUTES and the phone goes into emergency call only mode. It will only let me make calls after it has cooled down for about 20 minutes. I have to say that exterior air temp. has been averaging 90 deg. lately so that may has made a differance, but that should not affect phone performance.....K ... Has anyone else seen problems like this with their phone.

Biggest mistake ever

I just bought the tmobile version of this phone and got to say it was by far the biggest mistake I ever made. The phone is just to thin and the rounded edge is by far the thing that I despise the most. I can barely hold the phone without accidentally pressing on the screen. Just a frame of reference I came from a note 5, i wish i could go back. I will never buy another Samsung phone with this rounded edge

the first thing this not S10 you can have curved screen and pen they simply don't go together (you need flat screen with the pen not curved) just like using pencil with curvy paper my hand always slide off the edges, the second thing is the micro SD card removed why do I have to pay more to get the feature, the power button moved to the other side for some reason I don't care about combining it with Bixbey but moving it to the other side sucks really especially if you'r using the case that Samsung made, the wifi calling is good only if you have good wifi but if the GSM signal is good it's useless, the front facing camera isn't that great, everything else for me is great I don't know about other people.

Its sooo amazing with the pictures the videos the AR emojis the 3d scanner the QR Code reader the Memory space i cant just wait to take my own ballet shots with my phone being a ballet dancer makes such a huge difference . like i am so so so happy with my purchase!!!

What an upgrade!

I replaced my Note 8, which I was in love with, for the Note 10+. I was glad that I skipped the Note 9. This is a bigger upgrade. It has so many new features and the performance is huge. I don't miss the headphone jack at all. They actually include headphones with the mini C jack. They work great.
