Love the capacity and overall usage strengths.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 months ago. I use the Note 10 for documentation and notes for work and personal use. Cannot go anywhere without it.
I am still learning everyday the overall workings of the Note 10 plus.

This phone failed to accept security updates, failed to make and receive phone calls, failed to connect with other blue tooth devices. Resetting connections only fixed the problem temporarilyl. I returned this phone and purchased an S20 plus which has given me know problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great concept

I had this phone for about a week and half, camera is amazing on here give that a 10/10. Software is a bit glitchy phone would freeze every so often on certain applications, wish you had a choice to remove bloatware give that a 8/10. The s pen havent found much use for it except to draw but should be given more options to use it for besides your camera and notes and drawing, 6/10. Phones battery life on full battery lasted me a day and half for basic use, so battery is amazing on it, i havent charged it in a car but i have been told that it charges extremely slow or just continuous to drain like normal 9/10, no drop test yet but i have otter csse on it will write a review once i drop it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought mine in December, I`ve had the S9, S10, and now the Note10+ and I can say that it does everything really, excellent pictures, excellent sound, excellent movies, really fast,it might not be the best in one or two aspects but overall it is definitely the best phone in the market right now.
As for battery, I have not had any problems ether charging or using it, it lasts the whole day of regular use. and I use it a lot. I have noticed that different firmwares might influence the battery life. I had installed the starwars firmware and it was consuming the battery way faster than normal Now I am on a different firmware and it is back to lasting the whole day.

Samsung did a great job on this phone! This is the first note series phone I have ever bought and its just a ll in all great phone for work and play. This phone is loaded with so many features I do not really have to download any apps except for games! Great job Samsung can not wait for the Note 20 plus!

Nice Phone and Camera, Poor Auto-Lock/Unlock

I like the basic phone and camera funtionality; however I am burdened by the phone constantly locking and Smart Unlock and other features not working properly. The fingerprint unlock will not work for me and I do not want to use facial unlock or a simple pin, so I use password locking. The phone unpredictably locks, sometimes immediately upon closing the Samsung cover, sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes a few hours. I have tried the various Smart Unlock features with no consistent, desirable results. This gets very frustrating very quickly, especially since I paid a significant amount for the unlocked phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
