The phone is not what the Hype makes it out to be.

It's not a great phone. It's riddled with bugs. The camera is absolute trash. None of the pictures come out correctly unless it's up close. If you get a standard distance picture it's very pixelated. I would say it's a software issue but SnapChat is the exact same way so it's definitely hardware.
Just having 12 gigabytes of RAM and a faster processor isn't enough. The software has to be there and for me, this is my second Samsung phone since the S7. Honestly, I will probably never go back to Samsung for a phone. I won't use their washer and dryer setups anymore either for a similar reason.
Battery life performance is better than expected, however, it's not good as the software battery saver included in standard on the Pixel Devices. Maybe this phone would be worth it after a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

amazing phone with little dissatisfaction

this is my first ever note. i wanted to get on for long time, my first samsung phone was s7 edge and i was in love with it same with s8 and s9plus. i liked it like how samsung managed to keep everything like headphone jack and no notch. and Note is amazing product with high productivity.

other than that great phone would definitely recommend it..
i would have given it 10/10 except for that punch hole camera. guess they will come up with some innovation in coming generation phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this phone over 2 weeks now and all I can say it is perfect! There is not one flaw I can give. I got the aura glow and it is beautiful! I got used to the changes made for example the changed place of the power button is on the left now where the Bixby button used to be. Great screen and the processor is very fast and responsive. Sp many unique qualities with this phone and the camera is outstanding!
I would recommend this to a friend!

At first I was skeptical but the phone is truely amazing. The S-Pen is awesome especially when conducting a presentation.

I got the smaller of the two, after checking to see if the handwriting function was any better than the 9. It is, but only slightly. They still have ridiculous predictive choices, not in any way related to English. You still have to make sure you space your words far apart, and backing up one space to fix one of its wrong letters simply doesn’t work; you have to delete the whole word and start over. I buy these phones just for this feature and I’d give anything to convince Apple to do a handwriting feature because they’d do it right. These phones are an overpriced joke.

Note 10 Touch Sensitivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the note 10 few weeks back and experiencing the soft buttons for answering calls are not sensitive to my fingers movement. I went to the "setting" to increase the touch sensitivity but still both the "green" and the "red" soft buttons do not react till I press either of them hard! This feature seems a bit odd.
