Used to be an iphone user. Not anymore. Samsumg has seriously outdone themselves with this device. Sleek design. Loud speakers all day batter life and so much more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The carrier is Verizon. I bought a samsung Galaxy Note 10 I love this phone . I noticed my phone getting really hot wasn't sure what was going on. I fingered a virus because my phone was glitching in and out. Next thing i know i lost eveything.

A little disappointed

The phone is great, except for one thing. I use to own the Note 9, was very hesitant about upgrading, I should have followed my 1st mine. The Note 10+ is rather slow when it comes to downloading or just surfing the Internet, with my Note 9 people with other phones were amazed how I could download faster why they we still surfing, in this with the Note 10 Plus I'm very disappointed. I would also like to say the Earbuds are horrible, callers say the sound on the other end is horrible. I tried resetting them and now the sound is even lower than what it was at first. I've been a Samsung guy and will continue to be, but these products have been disappointing so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Differente than apple the works to make everything runs about their products, Samsung worries about to run for the universal world tech, making everything interctive and accessible to everybody. I really admire and love that!!!
I love every specs and features on this phone, please samsung next one one just make it better, like always, but don't take nothing out. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

Micro-Scratches on the Screen after one month

This is great phone. Super fast and lighter than Note 9. But something wrong with its screen and gorrilla glass 6. After just a month of use, I got micro scratches on the screen; this never happened on my note 9. and I do not use the screen protector on either Note 9 or 10 plus. Don't buy this phone if you have note 9, wait for some more durable screen next year.

GREAT phone overall! LOVE how much I can customize! Switching from iPhone I do miss the clarity of video quality during the now "Hangouts" or default video calls :(
