this is my first ever note. i wanted to get on for long time, my first samsung phone was s7 edge and i was in love with it same with s8 and s9plus. i liked it like how samsung managed to keep everything like headphone jack and no notch. and Note is amazing product with high productivity.
Pros: -nice big gorgeous screen -best pen support and great apps -good build -feature packed -gorgeous looking -great camera -easy optimization and great customizability -great battery life -overall great phone
Cons -not a fan of punch hole notch -no headphone jack -accidental touches on the sides without case -should have come with snapdragon 855+
other than that great phone would definitely recommend it.. i would have given it 10/10 except for that punch hole camera. guess they will come up with some innovation in coming generation phones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm an apple crossover, and I couldn't be happier with the move, especially the Notte10+. The only reason for 4 stars is because I've experienced times, the keys were not responding to my actions.. Does not happen often but it does happen.

Great Phone--but design needs improvement

I love the Samsung Galaxy Note phones but please get rid of the curved edge screens so we can get screen savers that actually work. There is no point to the curved screens and there are screen savers that work. I have tried the Whitestone and liquid adhesives with the tempered glass and the curved edges always come up after a week or two with the case on it. Also get rid of the glass back--just another thing to crack. Apple went back to an all metal casing--Samsung should too.
Otherwise, great phones. the Note 10 has a larger battery but it really does not seem like it last much longer than my previous Note 8 battery. Checking scores on ESPN and watching youtube still consumes a lot of battery.
The extra storage of 256gb is awesome and i'm glad they kept the SD card slot.
I also wished they left the power button on the opposite side of the volume buttons but that is minor compared to the curved screens.
And what is up with the extremely short charging cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love My Note 10+

Traded in my Note 8 for the Note 10+ and I have not been disappointed. I love the everything so far on this phone. I am a longstanding Note user and am so happy I upgraded. I saw no reason to get the 10+ 5g as that service is not even available yet. One thing I love about Samsung is that I can expand the memory so there was not need to get anything other the the 256 gig phone as I can install my microSD card from my Note 8. You won't be disappointed with this phone. The photos are amazing, at times better than my Canon camera and I love the added features to the video. Samsung you have not disappointed with this new Note.

Worst camera ever used in NOTE 10+

This only about the Camera. I always hate and don't believe the companies when they do huge marketing and talking about feature they offer in their new devices which is not doing. The Note 10+ 512GB has the worst camera EVER. All the shot I took day/night (mostly day time) whether steady or moving objects all photos and videos are terribly look fake and pixellized. When you look at the photo for the first time, sometimes you'll think it's beautiful but if you just try to zoom it a little bit (not too much) you will start seeing horrible and ugly photo whether it was for people, nature or anything. Even without zooming, it is PIXELLIZED. I tried to focus on something, but didn't work. I tried take pics of non moving objects like a stone/chair/food/whatever didn't work. I tried with moving object the results is worst and horrible. I understand that the software is doing all the processes, but this REALLY showing how fake and ugly the photos and videos are in terms of clarity and colors. It's so BLURRY. I'm so disappointed with this device. In other brands, if you take a photo and then you zoom it you may find little blurry and pixels. But, NOT with NOTE 10+ because it's already pixellized even before zooming. It's ugly. I hate it. I was about to forget, the PRO option in camera, is a disaster too. Pixels Blurry Pixels Blurry Pixels Blurry. Note that I've enabled the JPEG & RAW option when using PRO to give better pics. But, it was really useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is nothing to complain about this phone. The camera is absolutely AMAZING! the battery lasts a really long time. Its super fast. The only thing I would like more of is original Samsung accessories.

Long time Note fan, finally done

Let me start by saying that i have always loved the Note series. I have owned every note to date, but this latest one I simply do not like. The biggest issue is the lack of an Aux jack. That is a deal breaker for me. All the other things, I probably would just deal with IF there were a phone jack. Such as curved screen (i hate curved screens). The screen goes too far to the edge of the phone so that phone cases cant get a firm hold on it. The camera inside the screen bothers me. That's really all I can complain about. It's my fault, I should have researched this phone before I bought it. The note used to be such a fantastic phone, really on top of the competition by far, but I guess all good things must come to an end...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
