It's a great device but....

The device is great but it has a few things that needs to improve. The first thing to improve is the speaker feature, my wife has the Note 10 and I have the Note 10+, sometimes we put the phone on speaker phone and it's hard for the phone to pick up my voice and she can't hear me clearly, she has the mic problem too on her Note 10.
The other thing that they can improve is the battery life, I know thats a topic that will never end but the device is large enough to pack a bigger battery, the battery management software is great but we were waiting for a better battery life for people who use the phone for work purposes.
Other than those 2 needed improvements, the phone is a great device, the camera is amazing, the screen is fantastic and the built is top notch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cool Upgrade

Decided to upgrade from my note 9 and although the camera is great on the note 10+, I did notice that there was some major (at least to me) changes. The heart rate sensor gone, headphone jack is gone. On the plus side, the 10+ does charge fast and the charge last all day (depending on what you're doing).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good While It Lasted

I was very excited for my Note 10+after trying to get over my Note 8 but unfortunately, I have to return the phone due to it being defective. I had a dead pixel on my screen. I took the phone into a Samsung verified shop to get it fixed- two days later the shop called me to tell me that my S Pen was defective as well. Now I have to send the phone into Samsung and re-buy. Hopefully this time around I do not have any issues. Also Samsung, is it possible to just get rid of Bixby COMPLETELY. It is the most useless application on the device.

Great size,battery,display and of course the s-pen

The Samsung galaxy note 10 plus is the best of the best in smartphones.It's like the Green Beret of smartphones.People all over Youtube cannot stop raving about the specs,display s-pen and battery life.I use a battery powerpack case on mine.This way i always have juice.This phone makes me feel like a million dollars.The built is pure quality.Samsung did a great job in making this phone.Next note plus put a 5000mah battery though.

My first Galaxy/Android Phone

I had been an iPhone user since 2007 when the first one was released and a BlackBerry owner prior to that, so I was a little bit nervous ordering my first Galaxy/Android phone. However when the phone arrived I was immediately impressed with the build quality of this phone. It is solid, beautiful to look at, all buttons are precise and crisp. Firing it up for the first time you immediately notice how bright and gorgeous the display is. Setup was easy using switch and it didn't take me long to get up and running. This phone is fast with plenty of memory as its base configuration starting at 256MB vs 64gb for iPhone. The Note 10 series also gets fast UFS 3.0 memory. Charging the phone via the included 25w charger is fast. Much faster than charging my iPhone ever was. I am looking forward to getting the optional 45w charger. Reverse wireless charging is great for charging my Galaxy Buds at the same time as the phone. Photo quality has also been a pleasant surprise. I have been very pleased with the photos I have taken and love the wide telephoto for landscapes during my travels. All in all I was very apprehensive making the switch, but my Galaxy Note 10+ has been a pleasant surprise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without getting into a whole lot of tech blah, blah, blah; it's a great computer that fits in your pocket and takes WONDERFUL pictures. And it does it all super fast. Great Job Samsung!
