I was so anxious to receive my phone yesterday, but o my surprise, I received my new phone with a small dent on the screen. At first, I was like confused, but when people noticed my phone it was something they pointed out as not being okay for a brand new out of the box phone. I don't want to sound like this but it's a brand new phone with a dent and I can't even get it fixed since it still works. I haven't had a chance to test out the features, so that might change my review.

Biometrics are horrible!

Samsung cannot get the fingerprint scanner right! It never works. The facial recognition is not much better, only 1 face is allowed. Overall this phone does not impress me with performance. Add on the biometric issues and it a loser in my book. My G8 worked better overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my phone two weeks ago and so far I`m loving it. It looks very futuristic and it`s great to watch TV Shows and Youtube on.

The best Note ever!

I love everything about this phone! It's my 3rd note and my favorite! It's fast, has a fantastic battery and love the cameras!

Kind of overpriced

For what this phone costs, it's really not that great. I've had it a couple of weeks, but have decided to return it. Sound is okay. Camera is, surprisingly, sub-par ... in my opinion. Screen is very nice and the call quantity is good, but I can honestly say it's not that much better than my old Motorola. If Huawei was available (or even the 12gb OnePlus 7 Pro) I would not have even bothered buying this thing.
Oh well, live and learn. BTW, the best way to test a phone is to by the phone.
One more thing. I use Bluetooth (a lot) and I have had connectivity issues with this phone and all of my devices. $500 is what this phone should cost. Sorry, Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Phone w/ 3 Deal Breaker Issues

I really wanted to love this phone. Great screen, great battery life, very fast and fluid. Samsung did a great job all around. Here are my deal breaker issues
Camera Quality - Terrible. If you have kids and rely on a good OIS or camera in low light, the Note 10 dissapoints. All cameras, all settings. I tried everythig. My 2 year old Pixel 2 XL took better pictures. This was the #1 deal breaker
Finger Print Sensor - Not practical not consistent. Misfires a lot. Needs to be combine with face unlock and even the face unlock on this phone is no consistent. Why should i have to spend so much of my time getting into my phone. The native smart lock on android doesn't work on this phone either. All frustraiting.
Google Pay - I go t use google pay and 9 out of 10 times, I put my phone on the NFC tag and have to then unlcock it. I tried everything. Apparently if I'm connected to a blue tooth device , like my headset or smart watch....that's why. So I have to turn off blue tooth. All these issues are deal breakers.
Hopefully samsung listens and fixes....

Biggest fault makes it diff to few funtions hard..

I just got the phone a week ago and realized that having buttons on just side making it hard to turn on/off/restart functionality harder and dangerous in case ppl using while driving etc.. even when walking on road. Note 8 had better were you are able to use this functionality best way... Dont recommend to spend money when certain things make the phone usage dangerous...

I pre-ordered this device and i kept it. This phone is a unique device that separates it from other. The screen, cameras, speakers, and the design are all amazing. Samsung has done a wonderful job at being creative and separating this phone from any other phone.
