Why are headphones included?

I just recently purchased a Note 10 plus, everything seems ok with the phone the only crazy thing is that they included headphones but the phone does not have headphone Jack. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT....JUST WANTE TO GIVE AWAY SOMETHING USELESS WITH THE PHONE OR THEY WANTED TO MAKE IR LIKE YOU WERE GETTING SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. NEXT TIME YOU PUT SOMETHING IN THE PACKAGE MAKE SURE IT'S COMPATIBLE FOR USE WITH THE PHONE.

This Note 10 don't have call forwarding and call recording features which is basically necessary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first Note phone by Samsung and the phone is a blast. Ive only got complaints about the sensitivity of the screen the talk to text cant hardly understand me and on the keyboard constantly switching my words for what I really am saying. Other than that I'm very happy. I usually change flagship each time I buy a new phone. I've had apple galaxy s and one plus as well as LG flagship. Although I'm still probably more liking of apple I am very intrigued by the beast of a phone I know the note20 will be and if love to play with its camera. The note 10 plus cam is the best I've used next to apple. If the price of the note 20 is anywhere near what the price of this one was I'll probably have to cycle back around and do apple again. But would stick with the note series if the price would go way down. Thank you Samsung for the experience.

this is the epitome of handheld technology. i use it all day now, my pc only in the evenings. if i could change anything it would be the dimensions, e.g., maybe taller and less wide, which would allow better dual app, and rotate 90 degrees for those wide web pages. keep up the great work, samsung!

i like my phone i actually think there are some glitches as the phone takes time doing some things & freezing up. also i never use my pen. wish i only had one place for all my pics instead of have 3 places they seem to go.

this phone has gone well above expectations except for one detail. i thoroughly dislike the single port and wish on the next upgrade that the old-style phone jack would return.
beyond that, i love this phone.

Battery???

Bought this over a week ago and just picked up the other day. I gotta say the phone is pretty cool and has interesting features but when it comes to battery I definitely miss my note 9. I have to charge this phone almost twice in one day and it's very annoying. Only been using it for 2 or 3 days now and the battery already sucks so I can only imagine what it will be like down the road
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Top Notch Phone

I preordered my phone online, and received it the day of of official launch date. I was very impressed with the fit and finish. The screen view and power save options are very helpful in my line of work. HOWEVER......The phone OVERHEATS in the any kind of exterior direct sunlight. I have tried to limit the phone's exposure to shaded area in my heavy equipment. It doesn't work. Any direct SUNLIGHT for more than 10 MINUTES and the phone goes into emergency call only mode. It will only let me make calls after it has cooled down for about 20 minutes. I have to say that exterior air temp. has been averaging 90 deg. lately so that may has made a differance, but that should not affect phone performance.....K ... Has anyone else seen problems like this with their phone.
