PROBLEMS

MY PHONE HAS NO DAMAGE AND WONT CHARGE! I GOT A LEMON. AFTER A SAMSUNG SOFTWARE INSTALL, IT THINKS THAT MY ORIGINAL NOTE10+ CHARGER(AND ANY OTHER CHARGER FOR THAT MATTER) IS JUST DATA TRANFER! IT WILL NOT CHARGE PAST 7% AND THE POWER DROP TO 0% IS ONLY LIKE 5 MINUTES! AND I HATE CURVED SCREENS, LESS SCREEN PROTECTION FROM MY OTTERBOX

I like my phone but I don't like the face unlock because my identical twin brother is actually able to unlock my phone and view my account information etc. So this is something Samsung should have thought about before taking away the iris scan feature.

Great phone, super powerful, awesome display, awesome camera.
Fingerprint reader is OK, works but it's not great.

Would be a 5 star if it wasn't just an slight incremental iterative update from the Note 9.
Should've waited for the 11 as that looks like a more proper update of the line.

The glass is very easily scratched

All my phone have been Samsung phones first being the Galaxy S3, and this one by far has the most scratchable screen ever. Great phone otehrwise, but forsure get a screen protector.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost the perfect phone

Great phone, HOWEVER if the weather isn't sunny and perfect you risk having moisture in the charging port. Even if you think, my phone is safe in the house, SMH think again.

Simple and thoughtful design

Bought mine beginning this year. Switch from a note 3 ( had this 7 years) to note 10+. Features are refined and easier te use. Love it!!!! It's my notebook, calender and agenda. It also replaced my tv :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome phone Samsung does it again a beutiful piece of art work, little problem will love to have my regular phone 3.5 jack they messed up at that part only, overall a diamond of a device.

I have had this phone for about 2 months talk text on it is terrible it never gets what I am saying it glitches all the time and freezes worst phone I have had
