I like my phone but I don't like the face unlock because my identical twin brother is actually able to unlock my phone and view my account information etc. So this is something Samsung should have thought about before taking away the iris scan feature.

A little bummed

Saw the Star Wars edition and tipped the scales in favor of the Note over the latest Pixe. That, and the battery life is better on the Note. Unfortunately, the first software update deleted the boot animation (the Kylo Ren helmet one) and replaced it with the Samsung logo animation. This is extremely frustrating. You pay extra for something special (to me), and they break it with a "one-size-fits-all" update. Not cool.
Aside from that, it's frustrating to have a lot of bloatware. I moved from the Pixel series and suppose I was spoiled - Google phones have zero bloatware.
Overall, I'm still getting used to making the switch, but I wrote this review in hopes that Samsung will see it and fix the boot animation.

GPS Problems

GPS signal is constantly dropping. If you need this phone for navigation you are out of luck. Apps like Strava are completely useless. This appears to be a known problem that is being swept under the rug by Samsung. Loved my Note 8, hate the Note 10 +.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I traded my note 8 for the note 10 plus and it is an amazing phone. I love galaxy note phones, they're a top notch phone with a excellent camera, storage, and versatility. I'll be a note user for life. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the hefty price tag, otherwise it's a 5 star in every other category!!

I love the Galaxy Note series and have been using the Note series for so many years now. I am impressed with how the note came each year with excellent and innovative features like the S-pen. I love the Note devices and look forward to more innovation.

Phone not working with Sprint

I bought my phone during pre launch offer. T mobile, att, Verizon wireless works fine with note 10 plus, while sprint doesn't. It's been days I am calling samsung, t mobile and my problem is not being sorted out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
