Excellent phone if not for the cracks and scratchs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally arrived...early...however when I inspected it out of the box, a crack right over the lens. There was no sticker on the screen as they usually come. There were scratches already on the left side of the screen. I'm working to get an exchange. I have no clue how to do this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most Advanced phone lacks basic functionlaity

i upgraded from Note 9 so the features given are not much of surprise for me even though the camera is an advantage most of it you already have it in note 9 let me come what its lacking when compared to Note 9
1) FingerPrint authentication sucks in note 9 its seam less and easy to put your finger in the back this version copied the feature of Iphone XS to give the sensor on screen which is very difficult when u are in hurry or need it urgent.
2)Face recognition was way ahead in note 9 where even in dark in the night it used light a infra red camera and scan and identify your face , this note 10+ which is advanced version does even recognize your face in the dusk and you are forced to use finger print authentication which sucks .
3)Basic feature of a smart phone is to connect to WIFI automatically to configured WIFI spots like home or office , this note 10+ doesnt connect to WIFI automatically and use up your mobile data unless you consciously watch you WiFi is not enabled go back and connect back to the already saved WIFI spots

S pen doesnt work!!

Brand new phone. S pen which is the reason I use the Note doesnt even work on like half of the screen. Also doesnt recognize when I insert back into the phone. It thinks the S pen is still out. Piece of junk. Dont waste your money on the Note 10+.

Virtually no improvement over 9

I got the smaller of the two, after checking to see if the handwriting function was any better than the 9. It is, but only slightly. They still have ridiculous predictive choices, not in any way related to English. You still have to make sure you space your words far apart, and backing up one space to fix one of its wrong letters simply doesn’t work; you have to delete the whole word and start over. I buy these phones just for this feature and I’d give anything to convince Apple to do a handwriting feature because they’d do it right. These phones are an overpriced joke.

Hello, I bought a Samsung galaxy note 10 + phone from you, and it is very poorly packaged, it looks like it is not new. it's all dirty, some droplets on it. why is there no normal Russian and Ukrainian on the phone? very soon the battery runs out and the fingerprint works very badly. and why there Russian language and Ukrainian on Bixby? I paid so much money and can't use it fully, why? facial recognition works very badly. I paid that kind of money and almost nothing works well. why Samsung gelaxi Laptop + sold 512 gigabytes with only 1 color?
