Screen is fragile

I switched to Note 10 plus from an iphone Xs max . I loved the note and its huge screen. But it broke in my pocket I pulled my phone out and it has a crack on the edge display. That being said if you purchase make sure to get a good case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

dead pixels

discovered dead pixels. instead of replacing the new phone, they want me to take it to some random shop and get it fixed. i should've stayed with apple. i never had dead pixels with apple products. samsung is def not at apple's levels when it comes to quality control.

This is supposed to be the best phone on the market. What they don't tell you is this phone sends awful quality videos and pictures!! Yeah, It has cool specs, but it is just not worth the money!!! I will be returning this phone and moving back to iphone!! I was so excited for this phone. But i have had it for less them 14 days and i'm so disappointed!!! I dislike this phone to the fullest!!! It's a great sized phone with cool themes. but is that really the reason you want to keep a phone? NO! Thanks, but no thanks!!

Okay Phone, Screen Scratches Easily

I made the jump to Samsung after using a Fruit Companies phone for 10 yrs.. I should have done more research on this phone before buying it. The phone is nice and easy to use, but the clarity of the voice is not as good and the screen scratches way to easily. I've only had the phone a little over a month and the screen is twice as bad as my other phone after 2 yrs. So far I'm not happy with my switch and counting down the days to switch back. Unless something changes dramatically.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Biggest mistake ever

I just bought the tmobile version of this phone and got to say it was by far the biggest mistake I ever made. The phone is just to thin and the rounded edge is by far the thing that I despise the most. I can barely hold the phone without accidentally pressing on the screen. Just a frame of reference I came from a note 5, i wish i could go back. I will never buy another Samsung phone with this rounded edge

Battery does not last all day.

I recieved my device about a week ago, the camera is stunning and it's a really slim phone. There are lots of new features that help with productivity, sharing and overall phone usability. The wireless headphones are amazing although I wish I could increase/decrease the volume with. Sometimes they don't connect when using whatsapp or 3rd party applications, but overall solid. They're the best part of my samsung experience.
I can also tell you with 100% certainty that the battery will not last all day, unless samsung mean 9 -11 hours. Also once the phone hits 20% or below its sure to die very soon, unlike the competition that'll last hours after hitting below 5%. Finally, the camera will have some lag when taking pictures, just keep clicking it'll still take the pictures.
I would recommend this to a friend!
