Love the capacity and overall usage strengths.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 months ago. I use the Note 10 for documentation and notes for work and personal use. Cannot go anywhere without it.
I am still learning everyday the overall workings of the Note 10 plus.

The glass is very easily scratched

All my phone have been Samsung phones first being the Galaxy S3, and this one by far has the most scratchable screen ever. Great phone otehrwise, but forsure get a screen protector.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best Phone Ever!

Since the first Note was revealed I've been hooked and have remained a loyal Note user. I've owned every Note since and will continue to use this brand as long as its made. You can't beat the design, features and support, this is an awesome phone, tablet and pocket pc.

I bought this phone two months ago. I have been pleased for the most part but there are some glaring disappointments. The battery life is pretty poor. I use battery optimization and I limit background usage on most apps and still, I need two charges a day. I never had this with older phones. Yes the phone is robust and does a lot. But battery optimization should be better! The fingerprint sensor is awful! Nothing else to say about that. The screen is made with the latest gorilla glass but something is very different about it. I am very careful with electronics but my screen has several scratches on it. This is something I never had with any phone before. Something is not quite right there!
On the positive side, it is robust and does a lot of stuff very well. The screen resolution is top notch, the camera is very good and the processor is quick and snappy. I use the S pen often and it works great for me.
I really wish the battery and screen (glass) were better but overall the phone is decent, just not as great as I would have hoped.

This is the best phone on the market! The features of the device make it a BEAST of a phone. The S Pen and Camera are both unbeatable. The clarity on the high resolution screen can't be beaten. The greatest feature of the device, though, is SamsunDEX. It turns your phone into a desktop computer. I absolutely love my Note10+ and can't wait for the new one! I will be purchasing it!
