Do Not Buy - Heart Rate Sensor Removed

I am very disappointed in this product versus the Samsung Note 9. The heart rate sensor is removed so you have to have another device to measure HR and integrate into Samsung Health! Very disappointed..Will glady return for the Note 9..Also Bixby is completely annoying and cannot be fully removed. Save your money!!!

Phone gets horrible signal with all carriers

This unlocked version has a lot of complaints in the forums in regards to horrible signal. I never dropped calls with my Note 9. This phone can never get above 2 bars of signal. Samsung are weasels when it comes to warranty claims. Stay away from the unlocked version.

Every time you change one of the ways the android Samsung Note functions to mimic that of the IPHONE I hate the function. My entire family owns an iPhone except me but if you continue to copy the functions of an IPHONE I'll just buy what my family has and leave the android. Your continued ways of trying to copy IPHONE only disappoints those that will always love the functionality of the Samsung but, if you continue to change its functions you will have less and less purchase your phones. Samsung will no longer have many followers if you continue to change what we love about the samsung android. DON'T MAKE ME CHANGE BECAUSE YOU FORGOT TO BE ORIGINAL!!

This is my second phone within 45 days of purchasing it. The Phone is non-responsive, Apps just close while working in them, Horrible EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I pre-ordered the note 10. the note 10 is just like a iphone. if i wanted a iphone i would buy one.. if samsung keeps trying to copy iphone i will never buy another one of there phones. i took the new note out of box and booted it up then wiped it clean and put itin in box for return.

Handheld Advertisement Device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is nice, but it is overwhelmed with ads! I've tried several things to get rid of them to no avail. It started the moment my phone was active. It's ridiculous. I literally just activated it, installing nothing out of the ordinary (the basic social media and email I had on my S8+). Phone has been active for just over 2 days and all I see are random full screen ads! I spent a lot of money on this thing only to see random pop up ads every other minute and whenever I unlock my phone. They'll just pop up for no reason, no matter what I'm doing. I regret leaving my S8+ for this advertising device! Stay away from it until this bug is fixed.

I purchased the unlocked version and Verizon does not support it. Do not buy it. You can't get caller ID or visual VM from Verizon. Wasted 3 days of my life. I'm typing this on my old note 8. Also they sent the wrong color. I'm thinking apple may be in my future. I wonder if they will send what I ordered.

Absolutely the most disappointing smartphone

Right out of the box, the Note 10+ is absolutely the most disappointing smartphone purchase I have ever made. To be fair, it is a beautiful device with great hardware, as I was expecting. My disappointment in this device is the Samsung software. It was no surprise that the Note 10 was loaded with Samsung software. Although it was a surprise that I could not disable all of this bloatware garbage. The best I could do is hide all of it and remove its permissions. Unfortunately it is still running in the background, and it is still gathering information and reporting it back to Samsung. I already have one company collecting all of my information, and I don't appreciate or need a second company doing it. Especially for the supposed benefits of a garbage app like Bixby. If you are able to wait for a another device, I strongly advise you to do so. I unfortunately need a phone now so I'm stuck with this device. Way to ruin a great device Samsung. This is the last Samsung phone I'll ever buy.
