Love this amazing little PC! I access my university's coursework, asynch work, zoom meetings, agendas, synched mail for outlook and all my personal emails too!! I am in love!
Hate that this touch screen is so sensitive that it freseeeeeeeezes!!! Out of the Blue!

I went from a Note 9 to a Note 10+. The only problem I have with it is that Bigsby and the shut off button is the same button. I am unable to shut my phone off. When I try it goes to bigsby instead. Other then that I love my phone. Guess I will have to YouTube to see what to do

Nice Phone and Camera, Poor Auto-Lock/Unlock

I like the basic phone and camera funtionality; however I am burdened by the phone constantly locking and Smart Unlock and other features not working properly. The fingerprint unlock will not work for me and I do not want to use facial unlock or a simple pin, so I use password locking. The phone unpredictably locks, sometimes immediately upon closing the Samsung cover, sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes a few hours. I have tried the various Smart Unlock features with no consistent, desirable results. This gets very frustrating very quickly, especially since I paid a significant amount for the unlocked phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung did a great job on this phone! This is the first note series phone I have ever bought and its just a ll in all great phone for work and play. This phone is loaded with so many features I do not really have to download any apps except for games! Great job Samsung can not wait for the Note 20 plus!

I love love love my note + 10. It's very responsive and easy to use. Still learning all it can do for me but definitely would recommend it.

Amazing phone, but one thing

I love the phone. Big screen small bezels little hole punch but one thing bothers me and it's when the audio levels is about 50% and I'm watching something it tends to almost shake, not a lot but you can feel it in your hand even with a case on. I never had this with my s9

I have had this phone for about 2 months talk text on it is terrible it never gets what I am saying it glitches all the time and freezes worst phone I have had
