Temperature Too Low!!!!

Samsung you are about to lose me! I was so excited to get the Note 7 and loves the phone until it was too hot to handle! I waited 3 years to get the Note 10+ and now it's to cold to hold!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on 3 new mother boards and counting because of this issue. The phone will not charge when you get this notification. Other than this issue the phone is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I usually buy every new galaxy phone app the previous release, but I didn't want the new s20. I love this phone to much. Its unique with its power and volume buttons on the left. The 6.8in display is astonishing. The camera is perfect. The spen is now the right size, and the new unibody spen design is very sleek. The Note 10+ has the best speakers i have ever heard on a phone by far. Legit when you are watching something on YouTube for instance, it feels like you have headphones on. The battery has lasted me over a day even with the screen resolution all the way up along with the brightness. To anyone that is thinking of getting this phone I absolutely would say go for it.

This Note 10 don't have call forwarding and call recording features which is basically necessary.

Wish I could go back!!

I honestly hate my samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5g. I wish I could afford to go back to my note 9 plus. Some features I liked about the 9 are not on the 10. And I havent found any feature I like better that is on the 10 that wasnt on the 9. I hate how I am in an app and my phone just goes to the main screen. Google assistant doesnt work well. Never had a problem on my 9. At the bottom I can select to close all apps and 75% of the time it takes me to my contacts. I have to reboot the phone several times a week and sometimes that doesnt help. I have regretted making this purchase but when you pay an arm and a leg for phones now you cant really go back. Your stuck!!

Why are headphones included?

I just recently purchased a Note 10 plus, everything seems ok with the phone the only crazy thing is that they included headphones but the phone does not have headphone Jack. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT....JUST WANTE TO GIVE AWAY SOMETHING USELESS WITH THE PHONE OR THEY WANTED TO MAKE IR LIKE YOU WERE GETTING SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. NEXT TIME YOU PUT SOMETHING IN THE PACKAGE MAKE SURE IT'S COMPATIBLE FOR USE WITH THE PHONE.

Love the note series but few concerns

I just upgraded from a note 9 to a note 10... love the features and cam specs... hate that they took the headphone jack out and went like apple did and made the charger port and headphone jack one... also... I feel like it has a weak screen... I just had to replace my screen of 2 weeks of having it and not dropping it nothing it was in my pocket at work hanging up and I picked it up the whole screen was cracked... maybe someone hit it idk but I had a screen protector and case on it and my screen shattered somehow now my note 9 I dropped plenty times no case or screen protector and I barely cracked my screen... but other then that I love the note series! Love the phones.

I have had my Note 10 Phone for several months now and I love it. Has never let me down and very useful during this time in quarantine. Great device. The best phone I have ever had.
