Great looking phone, screen beautiful, fast, storage and memory fantastic! My only gripe, so far, is that only after I bought a nice magnetic wallet case did I learn that magnets are note 10+ kryptonite! If you use one, you will lose the use of your S-Pen! I found out this has been an issue for many generations of Notes, and not only has Samsung not fixed it, they do not warn purchasers of this VERY EXPENSIVE phone to avoid using cases with magnets! They sweep it under the rug and pretend it does not exist. Be warned. Samsung should reimburse me for this useless case, I sure wouldn't sell or give it to another Note 10+ user. Other than that, this is the greatest phone I have ever had.
Love my Note Series, I have had them all and they never fail me. So many features that help me in the day to day life. Wish the screen was brighter outdoors would be my only complaint.
I ordered the note10+ as a birthday gift to myself and I've never been happier!! I broke my old galaxy in 2016 and haven't had one since. Getting this was one of my best choices. I love all the different features.
I love all the features...the screen, the camera, the size. But two things bug me. The curved edge serves as a hinderence to even holding the phone. You must no touch the sides since that is just like tapping on the screen. 2nd if you are watching a video while using the head phones and you run short of battery you have to choose between ear phones or charging since they use the same slot.
We bought our Note 10+ devices about three months ago. Overall it functions adequately. There are a few things i expected better on. The edge screen is actually rather challenging to work with. i find many apps and websites don't work well with it - the display gets distorted. In addition, it is very challenging when holding the phone. If you are on the edge screen at all, you get competing commands and you can't navigate very well. In hindsight, i wish i didn't get a model with the edge screen. Screen sensitivity is also an issue. I was able to find one impact resistent glass screen protector, but even with the screen sensitivity enhanced, I cannot adequately use a stylus. Speaking of the included stylus, it would be nice if you could use it as a regular stylus rather than always having to write with it. I have not been able to successfully use it to select options for instance. The fingerprint recognition is virtually useless, with or without a screen protector. Finally the OS not supporting assigning unique message tones at the contact level still is highly annoying. They can be assigned at the message thread level. However, unless you never delete message threads, you are continuously reassigning unique tones.
