Phone not working with Sprint

I bought my phone during pre launch offer. T mobile, att, Verizon wireless works fine with note 10 plus, while sprint doesn't. It's been days I am calling samsung, t mobile and my problem is not being sorted out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3.5 Headphone Jack

I wanted to like this product, but taking away the headphone jack makes this a no buy, if I'd buy it, it would be voting for samsung to keep removing the jack from future Note's. there are still to many issues with bluetooth. you'll always get a better sound with a wired connection.

I'm am very disappointed in Samsung. The Note series is supposed to be their "do everything" phone for people who don't use their phone as a toy. I'm not buying a toy. I'm buying technology that helps me get stuff done. That's how you sell it! To get stuff done. You dropped the power button, which everyone was used to it being on the right side of the phone. Then you dropped the headphone jack too?!?!
You need to be VERY careful. When you change to much people will start looking at other products and your brand loyalty will be gone. A year from now you'll be wondering why the Note line is doing so poorly and it will be your own fault.

The phone is fantastic; I hate that they took things away components people really relied on. The 3.5 phone jack is gone, and they did not include an adaptor in the box. They removed the LED light for notification and replaced it with the edge lighting that does not work for every type of notification. They continuously change the charger port and for what... I am still playing with the phone, so I hope they fix the notification, and the next phone keeps the charger port, SD Sslot, and add back the items they removed.

I've been using the phone since the 7th and I have to say the overall design is amazing love the center punch hole camera so far the phone has been amazing coming from a Note 9 the 10+ is the best phone I've had so far

Do Not Buy - Heart Rate Sensor Removed

Very disappointed in this product versus the Samsung Note 9. The heart rate sensor is removed so you have to have another device to measure HR and integrate into Samsung Health! Very disappointed..Will glady return for the Note 9..Also Bixby is completely annoying and cannot be fully removed. Save your money!!!

Camera extremely slow

Taking pictures of moving objects is almost impossible the shutter speed is very slow coming from.a Google phone (already miss it) learning curve is very high it's not intuitive like the Google phone. I really do not like it
