Got my Galaxy Note 10+ about 2 weeks ago and still loving it. Its my first Galaxy Note phone and very impress =) The only con: price just high

High battery usage - my battery will be at 60% by noon unplug from charger around 7:00 a.m. I don't watch videos, screen is in powersave mode, maybe 3 texts and 2 phone calls during that time.
Poor GPS - Google Maps and Waze show me driving offroad.
Apps offline - Applications will say they are offline, have to restart device to pick up network. Used primarily in Oklahoma City area. Full coverage according to AT&T map.

Never had these issues with Samsung 8+

I bought this phone two months ago. I have been pleased for the most part but there are some glaring disappointments. The battery life is pretty poor. I use battery optimization and I limit background usage on most apps and still, I need two charges a day. I never had this with older phones. Yes the phone is robust and does a lot. But battery optimization should be better! The fingerprint sensor is awful! Nothing else to say about that. The screen is made with the latest gorilla glass but something is very different about it. I am very careful with electronics but my screen has several scratches on it. This is something I never had with any phone before. Something is not quite right there!
On the positive side, it is robust and does a lot of stuff very well. The screen resolution is top notch, the camera is very good and the processor is quick and snappy. I use the S pen often and it works great for me.
I really wish the battery and screen (glass) were better but overall the phone is decent, just not as great as I would have hoped.

I upgraded from the Note 9 to the 10 plus. First thing I didn't like was the movement of the fingerprint sensor from the lower part of the phone to the middle of the screen. It makes it harder to open the phone utilizing the biometric feature.
Recently the phone did what seems like almost weekly system update. The new update made a few functions inoperable. Such as using my diabetic blood sugar reader. The application worked fine, now it does not function at all.

The screen is not durable at all. Simply putting the phone in my pocket has caused scratches.
I will not be staying with Samsung for.my next device.

This phone is a lemon!

Had this phone for 4 months and got a notification that it won't charge because of low temperature. Samsung is aware this is a common issue and did not stand by their warranty to replace the phone. Other people report they have to take it into a repair business and within months it is broken again.. We have been samsung fans for years but will not be buying anymore samsung devices after the lack of follow through from this company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best Note I ever have!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know where to begin. The size 6.8in for the note 10+ is something I thought it is way too big but when I held the device with my hand it is very comfortable and it is very light weight. I do not know how they even make this light weight with bigger battery? the screen is very useful if you look at websites and showing pictures or presentations. The snapdragon 855 even though it is same as S10+ but they made this device even faster due to the internal memory is UFS 3.0 it is faster than ever which makes it even more faster than the S10+ that has UFS 2.0 only. The display is something different it has more color accuracy I don't know how but it looks like it. the 4 corners of the device is perfect I don't like the round corners of the S10+.
I am a note user my first note was way back in 2011 the original note so I know what i am using and comparing lol. The S-pen evolve overtime and it improves every year. The ability to do air commands and air gestures are sooo handy especially if you use selfie a lot. You do not need to reach out to the display and zoom in and check if everyone is on the frame with the new air command remote you can zoom in and out without changing your selfie stick position this is very helpful!!.. I always love the design this is lighter than other phones i held in spite the fact it is bigger phone. I prolly gonna keep this phone for 2 years until next note release!! The camera by the way is one of a kind very clear and crips and lots of dedicated functions a lot to play with.

Got the phone for business use. They took away the mobile data button from the quick setting top bar. They also took away the headphone jack. We are buying a productivity tool and now I have to decide between using my headphones and charging my phone? This looks more like an expensive toy. My S7 edge still does fine and its easier to control my mobile data cost. On the good side the phone has all other things expected from a Galaxy series.

Text messages always delayed. Updates for android are no longer downloadable by network even if data is unlimited. Calls are not shown immediately when incoming, so ends up just ringing twice and sending call to voicemail. Phone alarm does not always work. Sometimes it goes off, sometimes it does not.
Tried troubleshooting and issues are fixed for about an hour before issues return. Works like a cheap china knockoff. I have the Note10+ 512GB unlocked.
