A Huge Upgrade!

This phone is a fat upgrade from my Galaxy Note 8. The battery life is excessive and the camera quality on this phone is like no other. This phone's design is just so beautiful that I should consider this phone to be a luxury smartphone!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I upgraded from the Note 9 to the 10 plus. First thing I didn't like was the movement of the fingerprint sensor from the lower part of the phone to the middle of the screen. It makes it harder to open the phone utilizing the biometric feature.
Recently the phone did what seems like almost weekly system update. The new update made a few functions inoperable. Such as using my diabetic blood sugar reader. The application worked fine, now it does not function at all.

The screen is not durable at all. Simply putting the phone in my pocket has caused scratches.
I will not be staying with Samsung for.my next device.

Love this phone. The speed and camera quality is amazing. Large vivid screen, lightweight, good battery life. Hands down the best full featured phone I have ever owned. I've been try to got off the Iphone for years, but my work supplies them like candy and I'm cheap. I'm so glad I became an adult and got away from the boring Iphone garbage. Best decision ever.

I purchased this phone because I was having issues connecting to my carrier data plan on my S8+-I loved that phone and planned to keep it for the next couple of models released. I've been using Samsung phones since S3 and Notes since the 4.
Cons: No led light. Im conditioned to look for this when I'm not near my phone and want a quick indication that i have a pending message or the status of my phone's charge without lifting it of the charging pad/waking the screen.
I hate that Samsung has adopted the unibody style and all glass.
No phone jack- no matter how you sell this, i just don't like this push to get people to buy wireless ear buds, separate dongles/attachments and the like.
Finger scanner is temperamental and occasionally requires multiple attempts.
Pro's
I love "phablets" so the size is nice. Could always be bigger for me. I can't wait to walk around with phones the size of a TV strapped to my back.-No sarcasm.

Responsive in most ways inuse it. Surfing, music, streaming, texting etc.
Overall it's a good phone with the quality one should expect from Samsung.

The phone is premium and absolutely worth the money if you rely on using a smartphone daily. It has quirks but that beats being locked into Apple or wandering the Microsoft cluster.

Switched from my note 8 to the Note 10+. It's an OK phone, but the battery life is still the same and I can't get texts to be reliable. I've got a trouble ticket in with sprint, but this is crazy.

I have had this phone for almost 2 weeks and I was liking it very much but now every time I plug in the charger it says to unplug it its wet and it been like that for 2 days. I'm very disappointed
