I love the features!

i had the note 9 for about a year or more and there was nothing wrong with it but i saw the new note 10 plus andbit was love at first sight. I got the silver aura color which was the first thing that caught my attention ... but the memory size and the camera quality is beautiful. I have no regrets on my purchase and its totally worth every cent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad experiance with note 10+

after getting my first note 10+ replaced due to a cracked screen. my second note was not charging correctly and over heating while charging. i got another replacement and same issue. i contacted my service service provided and switched to iphone now my issues are resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it has the features and hardware i really wanted, this is the phone i've been waiting for ever since smartphones came out. it's fast, durable, and loaded with features. the cameras work great. the fingerprint scanner works 99.99% of the time provided my finger is clean. i love the 512 gb storage. the stylus is an awesome tool. the augmented reality is great. one of my favorite features is the measuring app. i have had zero issues so far. i will update if anything happens.

This phone is amazing. I dropped the phone off of a boat dock on the North Carolina coast. After 3 hours , I was finally able to retrieve it. When I fished it out from 7 feet deep covered in slime and dirt it was still on. It works perfectly!!!! I have 3 daughters who all have IPhones. Maybe this will convert them to Samsung.

everytime we leave the house or go a few hours away, i cannot pull up news, weather, or other sites, says data not available. i have had it for 3 weeks...my husband has a 2+ year old phone and we use it instead for navigation and weather. this happens with full bars for reception, too. paid alot for this phone, not impressed. tired of rebooting it everytime i leave my home location. not reliable. we live in fl, currently watching a gulf storm and up to date info is mandatory in our jobs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
