[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've always loved having the note series of phones. but in this instance i only had my phone for less than 3 months and i've had to send it back to the manufacturer because i kept getting a message that i could not charge my phone because the temperature was too low. come to find out its an electronics problem and now i'm out without a phone for nearly 2 weeks because the local repair center is closed. very disappointed in that regards. however, while the phone was working it met or exceeded all of my expectations. super fast, responsive, and the graphics/photos were amazing. just wish they would fix the system board/battery issues. this would take the iphone to the wood shed if they straightened this problem out. hence only 3 stars
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this phone upgrading my moto z2 force. i needed more raw power and memory. this one is perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far i haven't found anything i dislike about this phone. it's fast. its clean. takes beautiful pictures. clear display. i'm very pleased with this phone and i'm sure i haven't yet discovered everything about it.
Well I am having network issues with this phone. I am very surprise to see so many other people are also. I blamed my carrier. I hope Samsung stands behind their product and come up with a solution. This is not good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Note + 2 Months ago and I'm just starting to get use of all features. I absolutely love the S Pen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] liked my last one better i think it was j10se or something like that. this one does not hold battery power as promised the icons are huge and can't be moved around. i am sure there is a way to fix all of that but i would not know how.
I have had several Notes and each one gets better and better. The only issues that I have every had is with the Note 7 and the battery catching on fire and the latest upgrade to the Note 10+. This upgrade caused me to lose a lot of my information, not pictures which was more important. Other than those hiccups I am a Note user for life and I am looking forward to the Note 20 when it comes available. Looking to purchase the Note 20+ 5G, hopefully that will be an available size.
