This coffee machine is finicky! We hav to keep reading up on the instructions from the Manual because if you push one button before another, you do not get coffee…mostly just water!

The reservoir is small. We are only two people and it is being filled way too much. It should have a larger capacity or the option of hooking to a household source . I do like the option of all the coffee types. I recently used the tablets for removing coffee oil. Next day the coffee water light was blinking. Way under the 5000 cups you advertised. Had to replace the aqua clean filter. Not impressed.
