Coffee cup size extra small

I bought this machine less then a week ago and the only complaint I have that the coffee amount is so so small. I was used to my 8 oz cups and now use the regular cups and I get 1/2 a cup of ciffee. That’s very disappointing

I bought that machine for my husband and even following the guidance the latte never tasted good, nor the cold brew
It’s a lot of setting and it’s hard to find something that taste good

Do not buy unless you like to be frustrated

I'm experiencing what everyone else mentions, watery coffee, extremely small cups of coffee, mold in unit, cannot use ground coffee as it says you can, and probably the most frustrating, I have to shove the beans into the hopper to get a decent cup of coffee. When you can get a good cup of coffee it is great, but INCONSISTENT is the best word to describe it. I would not recommend it. And don't bother to respond with the canned response of "call this number for support."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hose comes loose, milk frother stops working

Do not buy. This machine makes decent coffee. However, the water hose in the back of the machine (have to open cover) keeps coming loose, which renders the milk frother useless.
This is the result of poor design. Hose connections should have barbs and clamps to hold them in place. This machine has neither. Buy this at your own risk, having to constantly reinsert the hose.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The coffees are to small and the beans always get jammed. I am returning mine, be sure to research the maintenance on these units as well. The coffee was less robust than a Keurig. We tried two different types of beans, both a jammed and made average coffee.
