I like all the options but the only thing I don’t like is that the sticker on the lid where the beans go didn’t come off without leaving a residue and I used something that scratched it up. I would like a replacement lid because the cost of this machine, a sticker like this shouldn’t be placed on this machine. The 2 other stickers came off just fine. I almost want to return it because of the lid

I got it a couple days ago, and am not very impressed. Coffee is ok. If I do scoop coffee, it just dumps all the coffee into the water tray and I don't even get a cup of coffee, just a cup of hot water... Probably gonna send it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received the LatteGo from my husband for Christmas and it works great. I am able to make my lattes as well as his standard black coffee. I use the hot water for tea and my swiss cocoa mix at night. We would like for the ground slot to hold more than one cup and for the machine to produce a little more coffee but overall it has been a great addition and I use it every morning.

Instructions for operation were inadequate. Would it really be that difficult to add some text to the figures to explain a bit more on what the picture is trying to say? And video that you scan and bring up could be better. Still haven't figured out how to make coffee with preground coffee. Also, machine is quite loud.

Really happy with this surprise purchase. I have Rancilio machine in Florida and decided to buy it for my New York home and now think it’s much better value. Max levels for cappuccino makes a perfect cup.

I bought a Philips 3300 as a gift two months ago and now another one for myself. Very good Expresso coffee maker. I use the LatteGo milk frother every day and find it easer to clean that the empty cup of coffee itself. You can easely customize your cup every time you use it.
