Water flow issue

We were really happy with this coffee machine for the first year and a half—it worked beautifully and made truly amazing coffee. Unfortunately, after that, it started having issues with water flow, eventually only dripping very very slowly. Even after replacing parts, the problem persisted. It’s such a disappointment because we genuinely wanted to love this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The beans don’t feed into the grinder correctly. I have to lift the lid and push them to the grinder.

We absolutely love the Philips 3300 with LatteGo. The built-in grinder makes a noticeable difference—fresh beans for every cup really elevate the flavor. It’s easy to use, heats quickly, and consistently makes excellent espresso, coffee and milk drinks. It looks great on the counter, feels well made, and delivers coffee shop quality drinks at home. Highly recommend!

My husband got me this for christmas and it is AMAZING!!! I stopped and got a coffee at dunkin this morning and its not nearly as good as this machine makes. Totally worth the money, easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee!!

Enjoy your purchase for the time it’s in warranty because the second it’s out of warranty you’ll be cleaning up pools of water off the counter and burnt coffee!

Disappointing.

Bought recently. "Silent Brew". I have had Dot Matrix printers that make less noise than this. The drinks are fine. The delay to start up is tedious. Adjusting the amount of liquid is fairly rigid . It's this or that. It's the noise. Grinding is horrendous. Water pump is akin to a sump pump running dry.

Very good flavor, but either mine’s defective or has a serious design flaw resulting in spilled used grounds resulting in mold growth.
