[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Series 3300 automatic expresso machine is awesome! The size and design is great and fit perfectly into a coffee bar area. The brewing quality is to a high standard. The noise level is bearable, as there are multiple steps in process to serve a quality coffee. The cleaning process is easy, simple and quick. The machine isn’t too heavy or bulky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you, Influenster, for giving me the opportunity to review this all in one coffee machine. This machine can easily make any coffee drink you desire, and it does it perfectly. It's all automated to brew coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and hot water on demand. My favorite feature is that it empties the used grounds into an easily cleaned bin. The instructions were pictures and vague. I scanned the QR code to only get the same print as on the guide. There are some online videos that helped me. I recommend watching the online video as well as reading the guide as some important steps were missed in the video. So. for the coffee, I am so impressed that this has an adjustable grind and adjustable strength and an adjustable cup size. This can make drinks for every taste. I really love this machine. I've gotta point out the downside, hence the four stars. There is a small place to put in pre-ground coffee, well it filled with condensation after brewing my espresso (see pics).. I feel this is a place for mold to grow and doesn't look like an easy to clean area. Other than that, I love this all in one coffee center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so easy to use! Drinks taste great and are adjustable (size and strength). It’s smaller than I thought it would be, which means it’s easily fits on our counter under cabinets. I love that the water filter doesn’t need to be replaced often and means that you rarely have to descale. Only complaint is that the set-up directions were a little unclear. I googled a video to help.

Sticker Glue

The sticker advertising the features of this machines on the water tank is awful, the glue is stuck to the plastic side where it was pressed, and good luck taking it off, very poor judgement and quality , shame on whoever decided to do this. Super annoying after you pay this kind of coin to deal with this low class gluing madness. Waste of time, I should invoice Phillips for the time I'm wasting trying to get this crap off.

good machine but broken after 4 months of use

At first, I loved this machine. The coffee offers plenty of customization options, and cleaning is simple and efficient. However, after four months of use, it started leaking water from the back. I have tried everything possible to fix the issue, but nothing has worked. It's disappointing because the machine had great potential, but this problem makes it frustrating to use.
