I really wanted to like this juicer, but I was very disappointed. I have had several good experiences with Cuisinart products, but this was not one of them. At first, it was just very noisy. Then it started not automatically turning off when pressure was released, spraying pulp and juice around the kitchen. We returned this juicer and purchased another brand at a higher price, which has worked out well for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent performance for the price. This juicer allows you to choose how much pulp you like. Easy to use and clean. Height of spout is perfect for pint jars. Performed like a work horse, while we juiced lemons and oranges from our 3 trees this winter.

Very practical and affordable juicer. Pulp control works well, but clogs a bit easily.
Good for 5-6 large lemons (3") before it has to be cleaned, hence the 4* instead of 5.

I just bought a new home in Arizona and neighbors are throwing me grapefruit left and right! So I got this juicer and WOW - I love the way you can adjust how much pulp you want, but even more I love the ease of clean-up on this machine. Definitely recommend this juicer to everyone!

This juicer is incredibly easy to use and clean. I'm able to juice six lemons within minutes. It seems to extract all of the juice from the fruit with little pressure. The only improvement I would make would be to the lid. I droped the clear lid when I took it from the box the first time, leaving a small crack on the dome. I wish the lid would snap on for storage!
