The directions on how to use pulp control lack sufficient details to be useful. The product quality is average at best. I do NOT recommend. E sent out back after 2 uses. Don’t waste your time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that the Pulp Control Citrus Juicer did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when the instructions do not provide enough detail to fully explain product features, particularly the pulp control function. For best results, ensure the pulp selector is properly positioned before juicing and that the strainer is cleaned regularly to help maintain performance. Although, we understand your decision to return. Thank you for sharing your feedback—your comments help us improve future products, instructions, and the overall consumer experience.
Works great for lemons and oranges, especially after I had used it a few times and got used to how much pressure I need to apply. The extra "centrifuge" spin function is great, you get more juice out of the fruit for sure. And the short release-and-press-again to spin the unit the opposite direction is great for getting every last bit of the fruit juiced. It took me a few tries to get used to how quickly to press down again after releasing to get it to work but it does a great job.
It cleans up easy, too. I wish I had gotten it sooner. My manual juicer is a solid backup now.
After vacationing in Italy and having freshly squeezed juice every morning, I just had to have my own juicer. I did some research and purchased the Cuisinart juicer. I love it! It's so easy to use. And simply pop the three parts in the dishwasher. And it's a nice size that I can keep it on my counter.
