I have many Cuisinart products and have always loved them. This juicer is not one. Its spout that lets the juice out is way to low.on the machone to allow a regular glass to catch the juice and there is no way to pour the juice from the machine to a pitcher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t produce juice easily. Seems to have the same motor as in the Black and Decker I am replacing which slipped easily under moderate pressure that was needed to get adequate juice.

Since I've been using more fresh lemon in recipes I thought it might be easier to use an electric juicer. It's been absolutely true! Juicing a lemon or lime is fast and more of the fruit is extracted. The option of screening out the pulp is a nice feature, though I don't use it much as I like as much of the fruit as possible. The juicer takes up very little space on our counter and clean up is simple and fast. Have only hand washed it so far. Looking forward to orange and grapefruit season!
